Second day of the White Week with Solari, Arbeloa, Roberto Carlos and Álvaro Benito

On Tuesday the second day of the White Week was held at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, and had as honored guests including Solari and Álvaro Benito, former football players and current coaches of the lower categories at Real Madrid F.C. as well as Álvaro Arbeloa, former Real Madrid player and current brand ambassador. They all spoke about “Real Madrid C.F. Academy: education in values" and also about their personal experiences as players and later on as coaches and ambassadors of the club. They were joined by former player Roberto Carlos as the debate moderator.

The athletes answered the many questions asked by the students, who highly enjoyed their attendance at the event.

However, they were not the only guests during the day. The students also had the opportunity to meet Pablo Laso, who is  the Head coach of the first basketball team of Real Madrid C.F., who was accompanied by Alberto Herreros, the Technical Director for the Real Madrid Basketball team. They both gave a speech on the topic of “Excellence as a challenge”.

On the day, there were other participants such as Julio Gónzalez Ronco, Managing Director of the Real Madrid Foundation, José Emilio Bas, Director of Capacity and Ticket office at The Real Madrid C.F., Marian Arranz, Director of the VIP area at the Real Madrid C.F; Daniel Escaño, Nutritionist of the first team at Real Madrid C.F.; Víctor Alfaro, Real Madrid Podiatrist and Podoactiva founder andGiorgio Marchetti, General secretary and Football Director at UEFA.

The second day was full of new learning for our students, who are making the most of this experience brought to them by the Real Madrid Graduate School – Universidad Europea as part of their academic curriculum with the aim of acquiring knowledge from some of the top professionals in the sports sector.
