Last week, the Rector of the Universidad Europea de Canarias, Cristiana Oliveira, presented the second prize during Tenerife Design Week, which played host to the Gráffica Awards, which recognize the most relevant visual culture figures on the national scene. Each year these awards are presented in a different city, involving the cultural agents of each location.
Bendita Gloria, a design studio founded in 2007 by Alba Rosell and Santi Fuster, took second prize at the 2016 edition of the Gráffica Awards for their projects based on analysis and reflection, with highly conceptual results. Their impeccable trajectory and critical vision of design were also highly valued.
Universidad Europea de Canarias School of Architecture students also took part in various projects during TDWeek.
