The Universidad Europea de Canarias stand was visited by the president of the Tenerife Island Council, Carlos Alonso, during the largest innovation forum in the Canary Islands, Fi2.The event took place on October 27 and 28 at the Tenerife Art Space (TEA), with various recreational and educational activities.
During the event, university Communication and Architecture professors and students took part in various activities such as lectures, workshops and demonstrations, which were enjoyed by guests and authorities from the Island Council, Tenerife City Council and other institutions.
While visiting the university’s stand, the authorities had the chance to see different projects students from the institution have been working on, how 3D printers are used to construct the base pieces of a building, or the real-size reproduction of the floor plan of a home in the apartment tower 404 One Park Drive.
