Universidad Europea and Telefónica have signed a partnership agreement to develop joint initiatives. With this agreement, Telefónica commits to publicize the Smart Campus project together with Universidad Europea on Movilforum, the telecommunications company’s Partner Solution Program.
Also, both bodies have agreed to create the Graduate Degrees of Expert in Means of Payment, Bitcoin and Blockchain, and Expert on Data Analysis Languages, to meet the growing need in companies to incorporate technical profiles specializing in new means of payment and data analysis.
Among other measures, the agreement has made it possible to create a space for finalizing development and testing products and services based on technological innovation, and to organize an annual technology diffusion event at the Universidad Europea with students and Movilforum partners.
After the agreement, the Rector, Isabel Fernández, commented that “through this agreement, the Universidad Europea commits to staying at the forefront in innovation and strongly supports education which meets the needs of the job market.”
