The Generation and Talent Observatory has recently presented the results of its study "Intergenerational Health and Well-being in the workplace", carried out with the collaboration of scientists from Universidad Europea, in which it offers a global and scientifically rigorous diagnosis of physical, psychological , social and labour of each generation. Based on the findings, the research team highlighted the importance of establishing a new organisational structure, called "health", since "health is an ability that people can develop and enhance to promote their well-being in detriment of the disease."

This research also allows us to obtain a vision of the internal and external resources that promote health and the capacity we have to manage these resources. Likewise, some programs that companies can develop to promote the health and well-being of their employees from their generational perspective are mentioned. In fact, the study identifies more than 400 measures to be implemented by companies.

This study shows that when the pandemic arrived, "workers already had health issues to improve, especially in the area of psychological health." In addition, it offers a complete vision of the internal and external resources that favor the health and well-being of workers. To carry out this research, 30 organisations within the network of companies of the Observatory too part, with input also coming from the Committee of Experts on Intergenerational Health and Well-being.
