Universidad Europea de Valencia (UEV) has welcomed its international students who have come from other countries to pursue their studies with us. The students come from Peru, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Portugal, Finland, the United Kingdom, and Belgium, among others. Currently, more than 50% of the students at UEV are international, with more than 90 nationalities, represented making UEV stand out as one of the most international universities.
Emmanuël Hazé, Director of Languages and International Mobility, in addition to being Director of the Communication Department, was in charge of receiving all the students and introducing them with all the resources that the University can offer them in this new stage. “We are an inclusive and multicultural organisation that values diversity and respects all points of view and cultural traits”, he said.
All those who attended the welcome sessions were given the necessary information to successfully start a new academic year. They were informed of all the services offered by the University, such as attention to diversity, University Life, the library and they were also able to meet their International Mobility advisors for each degree. At the end, a welcome gift was given to the attendees and they also toured the city in a tourist bus. In doing so, they were able to get to know first-hand the city in which they are going to live during their entire university stay.
