Universidad Europea brings together the Institutional Relations, External Relations, Communication and Protocol directors of Madrid’s Universities

The Universidad Europea hosted the 2nd Meeting of Institutional Relations, External Relations, Communication and Protocol Directors of Madrid’s Universities. The second edition was held on September 16 at the Villaviciosa de Odón Campus and was attended by the general director of Dircom, Sebastián Cebrián.

Guests at the event took the chance to network, further their knowledge of the institutions and share the success stories of each of the Universities represented. There was also a debate on the positioning of Communication Management during the speech by Cebrián, who highlighted that "we must bring value to the Communication function using four strategic cores: recognition, knowledge, networking and CSR and responsible management".

The event was attended by professionals in Communication, Marketing, Protocol, Institutional Relations and External Relations from the Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (Cunef), ESIC Business & Marketing School, La Salle, Universidad Antonio de Nebrija, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM), Universidad Europea, Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED); as well as Universia.

After the meeting, the representatives had the chance to visit the Universidad Europea facilities, with highlights such as the visits to the Wind Tunnel, Simulated Hospital and the FabLab. On the last visit, guests received an image of the Villaviciosa de Odón Campus printed using 3D technology.
